Important Patient Information released about ER and Urgent Care visits

Prairie du Sac, WI – Sauk Prairie Healthcare announces the new Sauk Prairie Hospital will open tomorrow, April 5, 2014.

Sauk Prairie Hospital will move from its current location at 80 First Street to the new site at 260 26th Street, which is located near the intersection of Highway 12 and County Road PF.

Here is the most important thing for a patient to know:

The Emergency Room (ER) at the new hospital will open at 6 a.m. on April 5, at which time the ER at the 
80 First Street address will close to new patients. Urgent Care will open at 9 a.m.; other departments will follow.

An estimated 5,000 people recently attended a public open house to get a sneak peak at the new Sauk Prairie Hospital.
