WAUKESHA, Wis. (June 3, 2014) – Prairie Financial Group® announced today that Diem Nguyen has joined the firm as vice president and manager of personal trust, a move that further expands its expertise for the Midwest market.
In this newly created position, Nguyen will be responsible for providing sophisticated wealth solutions focusing on multigenerational and family trusts, estates, taxation, governance and risk management. She is supported by a team that provides wealth impact planning, financial administration and a variety of other client services.

Nguyen earned a juris doctorate from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor of arts in political science and government from Indiana University. Prior to joining Prairie Financial Group, Nguyen was personal trust officer in the Probate & Estate Settlement Services Group with The Private Client Reserve of U.S. Bank for more than 19 years. Her extensive experience includes personal trust, estate settlement, not-for-profit services, IRAs and retirement planning issues. Nguyen also is bilingual, with fluency in conversational Vietnamese.
Active in various legal and community forums, Nguyen serves as the secretary and treasurer for the Waukesha County Bar Association, Probate & Estate Planning Section, and a member of the Wisconsin State Bar Association. She is a board member of the Wisconsin Bankers Association Trust Section, a board member and secretary of the Oconomowoc Area Foundation, a supporting foundation of the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, and a board member and secretary for Rogers Memorial Hospital Foundation.
Nguyen is a longtime resident of Waukesha County where she and her husband Michael Fagan are raising their children and are licensed foster parents.
