The Milwaukee Bucks organization continued to prove its commitment to expanding the business side of the team by announcing the hire of new Senior Vice President of Business Development Matt Pazaras. He will oversee all aspects of sales and account management for Bucks sponsors and partners, as well as generate new business while maintaining strong relationships with the team’s clients.

“Matt is a tremendous addition to our talented leadership team,” said Bucks President Peter Feigin. “There is so much potential for further integration of the Bucks into the corporate community of Milwaukee, and he has a successful track record of strengthening business relationships and driving growth. Both skills will give us the ability to take this organization to the next level.”

Pazaras has had experience in several leadership roles within the sports industry prior to joining the Bucks. He served as vice president of corporate partnerships and sales for Raptor Sports Properties, which works with sports properties around the globe – including Italian soccer team AS Roma – to maximize their revenue. He also spent time with the New Jersey Nets as director of marketing, where one of his major accomplishments was leading the positioning and presentation development for the arena naming rights that were sold to Barclays Capital upon the team’s move to Brooklyn. Pazaras began his career as manager of Knicks marketing partnerships for Madison Square Garden.
