Michael S. Green is chair of Michael Best’s Transactional Practice Group and leads the firm’s Real Estate and Real Estate Finance Team, Project Development and Finance Team and Financial and Reorganization, Financial Restructuring and Workouts Team. His individual practice focuses on all facets of business and real estate law, with concentrations in project development and finance, real estate finance, commercial and secured lending, and mergers and acquisitions.

Daniel J. Vaccaro is chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and focuses his individual practice on complex civil and criminal litigation. As a former federal and state prosecutor, he is the leading member of the firm’s Government Investigations, Compliance and White Collar Criminal Defense Team. During 2013, Vacarro was elected board president of Centro Legal and vice president of Federal Defender Services of Wisconsin, two non-profit legal service providers.
