Ledgeview Partners Adds Nine New Employees,
Continues Steady Growth Pace

APPLETON, WI (January 14, 2014) – Appleton-based Ledgeview Partners, a customer relationship management (CRM) consulting firm serving businesses throughout the United States and Canada, has added nine new employees to its steadily growing enterprise.

Jason Lattimer has been hired as a CRM Development Consultant. Lattimer, a Microsoft Dynamics® CRM MVP will focus on Dynamics CRM customizations, development, and integrations as well as contributing to the Dynamics CRM community by blogging, posting in forums, and contributing to open source projects. A graduate of Lakeland College in Sheboygan, WI, Lattimer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Anuj Dhawal has been hired as a Salesforce.com Engagement Manager. In his new role Dhawal will be responsible for supporting Ledgeview’s CRM Account Executives in the sale and implementation of Salesforce.com solutions. Dhawal brings over 12 years of diversified experience to the company, primarily working with Fortune 100 companies. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern Polytechnic University in Fremont, CA.

Muhanad Agha has joined the company as a CRM Development Consultant. In this role, Agha will develop, test, deploy and support data-driving applications leveraged by Microsoft Dynamics® CRM and Salesforce.com. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri in St. Louis, Mo, and his Master of Science degree in Information Systems from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.

Paula O’ Donnell has signed on with Ledgeview Partners as a CRM Application Consultant, and is responsible for analyzing and understanding customers’ business goals and translating them into measureable solutions through design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics® CRM. O’Donnell brings over 15 years of business experience to the firm excelling as a liaison between IT and business users, stakeholders and management.

Mark Masterson has joined Ledgeview Partners as a Salesforce.com Development Consultant. In this new role Masterson will customize and extend the Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Force.com platform to meet the business needs and processes for Ledgeview clients. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Masterson holds a degree in philosophy and is a Force.com Certified Developer.

Melissa Arendt has been hired as a Dynamics CRM Application Consultant, with responsibilities of managing Microsoft Dynamics® CRM design and implementation projects. Arendt is a graduate of Mercer University in Macon, GA, with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management and Marketing.

Tim Kisner has signed on as a CRM Business Analyst and Project Manager. In this role with Ledgeview Partners, Kisner will work with clients to design, configure, and implement the Microsoft Dynamics® CRM software. A graduate of Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, Kisner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and brings over 18 years of experience working directly with client software projects to the company.

Kim Roberts has been hired as Administrative Assistant, with responsibilities in human resources, finance, sales, marketing and general office duties. Roberts brings over 20 years of administrative experience to her new role.

Wayne Ulmen has joined Ledgeview’s Inside Sales and Customer Care Division as an Account Manager. Ulmen will be driving sales, developing new accounts and providing technical advice and customer service for a petroleum distribution company. A seasoned sales professional, Ulmen brings over 25 years of proven business leadership and sales success to the Ledgeview Partners team. Ulmen came to Ledgeview from Imperial Supply where he sold supplies to the transportation industry for the past seven years.
