Local Builder to Present Educational Seminar on What you need to Know before Building
Blue Mounds, WI, February 25, 2014 – JG Development, Inc., a local team of residential design and building professionals, is presenting an educational seminar on Saturday, March 1 from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm at the Outdoor Experience Stage during the Madison Area Builder’s Association (MABA) Dream Home Showcase located at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison.
The topic of the seminar is “Break Ground with Confidence-What you need to Know before Building.” Jeff Grundahl, President of JG Development, will present information on things to think about before building. Topics include what to look for when selecting a lot, building rural vs. suburban, building on a budget, how to select the right contractor, alternative energy sources, resources for inspiration, frequently asked questions and more.
