MADISON|MILWAUKEE|MINNEAPOLIS — The law firm of DeWitt Ross & Stevens S.C., and its affiliate DeWitt Mackall Crounse & Moore S.C., today announced Bradley C. Fulton will assume the role of President & Managing Partner effective July 1, 2014. Fulton’s predecessor, Bradley W. Raaths, will remain in a strategic role on the firm’s Executive Committee.
Fulton, a business litigator who specializes in labor and employment law, joined the firm in 1991. He has been involved in firm management since 2005, when he was first elected to serve on its Executive Committee. He has also served as the firm’s corporate Secretary, as well as its Equal Employment Opportunity Officer. Fulton has a keen insight of business operations and corporate responsibilities and understands the importance of the thoughtful management of key capital resources such as staff and attorneys.

Fulton began his career with DeWitt as a mailroom clerk, and then as a law clerk, while earning his J.D. from Marquette University Law School. He attended undergrad at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Madison Magazine ranks Fulton as a “Top Lawyer,” and he is also listed by Best Lawyers in America® for Commercial Litigation and has been included in the Wisconsin Super Lawyers “Rising Star” list in Law & Politics magazine.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, Dane County Bar Association, Western District Bar Association and other industry-specific trade associations. He is a resident of Sun Prairie and has served in a leadership role in several non-profit organizations.
