Attorney Michael Van Someren Joins Davis & Kuelthau’s Corporate and Real Estate Practice
MILWAUKEE—Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. announced today that Michael Van Someren has joined its Corporate and Real Estate Practice as an associate in its Milwaukee office.

Van Someren’s practice will include real estate, commercial transactions, general business law and business mergers and acquisitions, representing buyers, sellers, investors, lenders and borrowers. Previously, he assisted clients in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, equipment leasing, as well as supply and distribution agreements.
Van Someren earned his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Prior to joining Davis & Kuelthau, Van Someren worked as an associate at a Waukesha County based business law firm.
