Attorney Mark G. Kmiecik Joins Davis & Kuelthau’s Trusts, Estates and Succession Planning Practice
MILWAUKEE—Davis & Kuelthau, s.c. is pleased to announce attorney Mark G. Kmiecik has joined the firm’s Trusts, Estates and Succession Planning Team as well as its Tax Team in metro-Milwaukee.
“Mark brings a strong legal background in estate planning and tax having served as a tax advisor for 14 years,” said Charlie G. Maris, Shareholder and Trusts, Estates and Succession Planning Chair. “His extensive experience in advising on all aspects of high net-worth estate planning further complements our practice and the quality of services we provide for related asset management.”
Marked earned his Masters of Law degree in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law, his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University. He is also licensed and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and is a registered title agent with First American Title and Stewart Title.
