Appleton, Wisconsin – Appleton design/build firm Consolidated Construction Company announces two recently contracted projects in the state of Wisconsin:
· Tytler’s Cycle motorcycle dealership of De Pere has chosen Consolidated Construction to renovate and expand the former Nick’s BMW Dealership, located at 2246 Mid Valley Drive. The new expansion area will be approximately 12,000 square feet, and the remodeled area will be 8,000 square feet. In addition to expansion, the dealership will feature a showroom and service facilities for Indian, Victory, Ducati, and BMW brands. Construction is scheduled to be completed late June 2014.
· A new Hampton Inn will be constructed at 12707 30th Ave, near the interchange of Highways 29 and 53, in Chippewa Falls. The new hotel will feature 4 floors and 86 guest rooms in 51,300 square feet of space, a fitness room, pool, and business center. The hotel is being developed by Lake Hallie Lodging, LLC, and is scheduled to be completed in December, 2014.
