Appleton, WI (November 11, 2014) –Consolidated Construction Co. Inc., a full-service design/build firm with offices in Appleton and Milwaukee, Wisconsin announces new staff additions and promotions:

Tim Rinn recently joined Consolidated Construction Company as a Manager of Strategic Markets. Rinn brings over 22 years of general contracting, design-build and construction management project experience working in a variety of markets including packaging and paper converting, food and dairy, schools, churches, non-profit, multi-family, hospitality and most recently senior living. Rinn is also a Wisconsin licensed real estate broker.

Jeremy Walker and Brian Gebauer have both been promoted to the role of Senior Project Manager. Walker has been with the company since 1995 and has performed both construction sales and marketing and construction management roles. He has overseen industrial, commercial, and hospitality projects located throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest. Brian Gebauer is a graduate of Michigan State University and has been in project management with Consolidated since 2005. He specializes in industrial, religious and hospitality projects.

Paul Ver Voort and Chris Sievert have been promoted to Project Directors within the company. Ver Voort has been with Consolidated Construction since 2005 in various project supervisory roles. He specializes in the hospitality market and has overseen dozens of local and national hotel projects. Sievert joined Consolidated in 2013 with over twelve years of construction management experience and has since been managing the construction of the company’s first projects valued at over $50 million. Both Ver Voort and Sievert are UW-Stout graduates with degrees in Construction Management. They will direct internal project management teams on hospitality, multi-family, and commercial projects throughout the Upper Midwest.

John Meulemans has accepted the role of Safety Manager. Meulemans has been with Consolidated Construction since 1993, most recently as a Senior Project Superintendent. Under the direction of the Vice President of Construction Operations, he will direct the company’s safety and preparedness program, conduct site safety audits and training, pursue accreditations in safety, and manage safety records and reporting. Meulemans is a member of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Wisconsin Safety Committee.
