Bryant & Stratton College Sponsoring Annual Career Fair at Potawatomi Casino

Milwaukee, Wis. – Bryant & Stratton College is sponsoring its fourth annual Community Career Fair on April 16, 2014, from Noon-4 p.m. at Potawatomi Bingo Casino’s Expo Center, 1721 W. Canal Street, in Milwaukee, Wis.

The free Community Career Fair, open to the public, will feature 100 employers and agencies from southeastern Wisconsin, and increase from 88 employers in 2013. Many of these employers are hiring now.

“The Community Career Fair is one of the largest career fairs in Wisconsin,” said Pete Pavone, State Director of the Bryant & Stratton’s Wisconsin Colleges. “Last year, more than 2,000 job seekers attended. This year, we again will feature nearly 100 companies and organizations from all sectors of the local economy.”

Pavone added, “Bryant & Stratton College is about working with local employers to help put the community back to work. The goal of the career fair is for our community members to secure employment and also to identify further training they might need for that meaningful career.”

The Community Career Fair is also a great opportunity to learn about Bryant & Stratton College, a premier career college with campuses in downtown Milwaukee, Wauwatosa and at Bayshore Town Center in Glendale. Bryant & Stratton College offers bachelor’s and associate’s degree programs in Business, Healthcare, Technology and the Legal Field.

Free parking is available in the Potawatomi parking structure. Job seekers must be 18 years of age or older to enter the casino. Job seekers are encouraged to dress professionally and bring copies of their resume to leave with employers.
