Boardman & Clark LLP Names New Associate

MADISON, WI – Boardman & Clark LLP recently announced the addition of Patrick Berry as the firm’s newest associate. Patrick will practice primarily with the firm’s Business Practice Group.

“We have looked forward to Patrick joining us since he first worked with the firm as an outstanding law clerk in the summer of 2013,” said Jon Nordenberg, a partner in Boardman & Clark’s Business Practice Group. “Patrick’s intelligence, strong business sense, and dedication make him an excellent addition to our growing business practice.”

Patrick received his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in May, 2014. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and received the Daniel H. Grady Award for graduating first in his law school class. In his practice, Patrick focuses primarily on assisting corporations, limited liability companies, and other business entities on general corporate matters including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and reviewing and drafting contracts.
