Agrace Adds New Directors to Foundation Board

MADISON, Wis. – Agrace, Wisconsin’s largest nonprofit community hospice and palliative care agency, has appointed William Albright, Erik Johnson, Linn Roth and Kathleen Woit to the Agrace Foundation Board, effective May 1.

Agrace provides specialized care and support to patients and their families facing serious illness. The Agrace Foundation Board guides fundraising, helping to meet the current and future needs of the organization.

William Albright

Albright is chairman of the board and former President and CEO of First Community Bank in Milton. He has more than 35 years in providing financial services at Milton and Janesville banks. He has played an important role in advocating for Agrace’s Sharing the Journey, Building the Memory capital campaign to build the Agrace Center for Hospice & Palliative Care, opening at 2910 N. Wright road in Janesville this summer.

Erik Johnson, MBA

Johnson is CEO and chairman of the board at Madison-based Hy Cite Corporation. He is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Science and of the University of Wisconsin Executive MBA program. Erik currently serves on the Board of Directors for Brazen Careerist, The Madison Club, Direct Selling Association and Capitol Bank, and has been actively involved with the United Way and Edgewood High School.

G. Linn Roth, Ph.D.

Roth is former CEO and owner of Madison-based Locus Incorporated, which specialized in radio electronics for navigation, precise time/frequency and industrial applications. He has been elected president of the International Loran Association (ILA) four times, served as chairman of its Congressional Relations Committee for more than a decade, and was awarded the ILA’s highest honor, the Medal of Merit. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Navigation.

Kathleen Woit

Woit retired in 2013 after 16 years as president of the philanthropic Madison Community Foundation. During Woit’s tenure the Madison Community Foundation’s funds grew from $42 million to $163 million, and from 15 funds to 930. Woit also spearheaded the $23 million endowment fundraising campaign for the Great Performance Fund for the Overture Center’s resident companies. She brings valuable experience as an accomplished fund development executive to the Agrace Foundation Board.
