Mar 2, 2014 – If it wasn’t already big enough, ARCA Fest weekend just keeps getting better and better. On Saturday, June 7th from 8:00AM to 8:00PM, Hot Rod enthusiasts, Car Clubs, and fans can all take part in the 1st Annual ARCA Fest Hot Rod Show & Shine.

This event is a huge addition to an already full weekend of family fun and entertainment, all leading up to The ARCA Midwest Tour presented by SCAG Power Equipment’s 3rd Annual Swiss Colony Howie Lettow Memorial 150 presented by RaceTeamGear.com. Reserved tickets for ARCA Fest go on sale March 14th.

When the Gas Guzzlers Car Club and The Original Memories Car Club, both of the greater Milwaukee area, heard of all of the great things that will be happening at the Milwaukee Mile during ARCA Fest it was a no brainer for them to organize a huge event to add to the festivities.

“When we heard about ARCA Hot Rod Fest, we knew we wanted to be a part of it. This event has the potential to become one of the biggest events in the state and to hold the event inside of the Historic Milwaukee Mile is amazing in itself. We were able to visit with thousands of people at the World of Wheels last weekend and I’m hear to tell you, this is gonna be big and we are honored to be a part of it,” said Gas Guzzlers Vice President, Paul Adamec.

Gas Guzzlers Car Club and The Original Memories Car Club have organized the Hot Rod Show & Shine for all makes and models that will attract some of the coolest looking Hot Rods in the Midwest. All Hot Rod enthusiasts have the chance to be a part of this huge show.

Gas Guzzlers and The Original Memories Car Club will also be judging the event, giving out cash awards and thousands in prizes. In addition, the Car Club that registers the most cars will win a $1000 bonus.

Each registered entrant will receive two free general admission tickets for all of Saturday’s events, which will include the Monster Truck Summer Nationals & Thrill Show, stock car racing, musical entertainment, a special guest appearance by Horny Mike and Roli from the hit show “Counting Cars,” and more.

Complete event details including entry information can be found at arcafest.com. All pre-registered Hot Rod Show & Shine entrants will receive free infield parking for that day. A portion of all Hot Rod Show & Shine entries will go to benefit the MACC Fund (Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer).

A complete schedule of the weekend’s events beginning on Friday, June 6th, will soon be available at arcafest.com.
