Products feature near-elimination of background noise and no batteries
Elm Grove, Wis. – Zounds Hearing Center has opened in Elm Grove, offering new vistas of improved communication and ease of use for hearing aids wearers in southeast Wisconsin.
The new store, 15280 W. Bluemound Road (in the Culver’s plaza, just east of Moorland Road), features hearing aids with unmatched sound quality and ease of use. Zounds offers superior customer service including free hearing tests and in-home visits.
“We are thrilled and proud to be able to improve the lives of residents in Elm Grove, Brookfield and all of southeast Wisconsin with better hearing through the incomparable quality of Zounds hearing aids,” said Matthew Schultz, owner of Zounds in Elm Grove. “Hearing loss can affect people’s most treasured relationships with their children, grandchildren and friends. Our goal is to help them fully regain their communication abilities through better hearing, so that they can live life to the fullest.”
Zounds hearing aids eliminate 95 percent of background noise. This annoying distraction is the top complaint of hearing aid wearers, affecting both their ability to communicate and quality of life.
Besides setting themselves apart with unprecedented sound quality, Zounds hearing aids have other features that greatly improve ease of use for wearers. The devices are completely rechargeable, so owners never have to buy batteries. An overnight charge readies them for 18 hours of use.
Zounds hearing aids also feature a remote control, providing wearers greater control over volume and sound quality. The remote control is included free on all hearing aids – many competitors charge $400 or more for this feature.
The high quality of Zounds hearing aids doesn’t come with a high price, either. Zounds is the only company that manufactures and sells its own hearing aids, allowing it to price its products at an extremely competitive rate compared to other retailers’ costs for comparable devices.
“Our hearing aids improve communication between people of all ages, which leads to stronger, healthier relationships,” Schultz said. “We’re never happier than when we hear from older adults who can laugh and play with their grandchildren, or from children who can once again talk freely with their parents.”
The first step to better hearing and quality of life is a free hearing test at Zounds Hearing Center, performed by a state-licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. For customers who don’t drive, its professional staff makes in-home “house calls” for hearing tests and to fit hearing aids.
