West Allis company’s growth fuels new hire
West Allis, Wis. – Winter Services, Inc., one of the largest snow-removal companies in the U.S., has recruited Jeff Otto as its new general manager.

Otto joins the Winter Services team from FABCO Cat, Wisconsin’s Caterpillar dealership. It was there that Otto brought rental equipment solutions to local contractors. During his successful tenure at FABCO, Otto was the top rental specialist, targeting “A” level road building and construction firms.
