MILWAUKEE – The law firm of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. (WHD)
is pleased to announce the addition of Jack A. Enea to its Corporate & Finance Practice Group.
Enea is an attorney in the Milwaukee office of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C. where he focuses
his practice on business and tax law, estate planning, estate administration, and real estate
transactions and development. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant who served as a
tax attorney at Arthur Andersen & Co. His background as both an attorney and a CPA enhances
his ability to relate to the issues his clients face and analyze complex business and estate matters.
Enea, a former shareholder in a West Bend, Wis., law firm, has successfully represented
individuals and businesses in the areas of business acquisitions and mergers. His client base
ranges from small closely held businesses to large manufacturers and includes automobile
dealers, retailers, large franchise owners, real estate developers, trucking and transportation firms
and banks.
In addition to his transactional experience, Enea has significant consulting experience in estate,
tax, and succession planning with his individual and business clients.
Enea earned his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, and his J.D. from Marquette University
Law School. He is a board member for Commerce State Bank and West Bend Community
Foundation, Chairman of the Board for Commerce Financial Holdings, Inc. (holding company
for Commerce State Bank), and a board of trustees member and past president for Boys and Girls
Club of Washington County.
“Jack represents yet another key hire in the expansion of our Corporate & Finance Practice
Group,” says WHD’s Chief Executive Paul Eberle. “His addition broadens our existing client
base in Washington, Ozaukee and Fond du Lac counties, and adds more legal talent to support
our existing clients.”
