MADISON, Wis. (November 12, 2013)—ROUGH Sportswear fundraiser tailgates continue this Saturday, November 16, with donations going to the Dane County Humane Society. The party kicks-off at 9 a.m. at Buckingham’s Bar & Grill in Madison.

Saturday’s tailgate marks the sixth of seven home-game party fundraisers hosted by ROUGH for UW football fans. Previous tailgate parties have included visits from former Badger athletes Al Toon and Trent Jackson, the Boys & Girls Club Black Star Drum Line, and the beloved Bucky Badger mascot. Every event has helped to raise $1,000 in unrestricted funds for each of six non-profit organizations. Before UW defeated BYU last Saturday, ROUGH and Badger fans supported Ann’s Hope Foundation in their fight against skin cancer.

ROUGH tailgate fundraisers take place at Buckingham’s Madison Bar and Grill, 802 Regent St., Madison, with support from WJJO Radio live broadcasts, Frank Beer Distributors, and Neider & Boucher law firm. Non-profits benefitting from this season’s parties include the Madison-area Boys & Girls’ Club, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Alzheimer’s & Dementia Alliance, American Parkinson’s Disease Association, and Ann’s Hope Foundation. The final tailgate of the UW season will raise money for Porchlight, Madison’s homeless shelter.
