MADISON, WIS. – Stevens Construction Corp., one of the largest General Contractors in Wisconsin, recently completed work on two impressive post-tension concrete Student Housing projects located in the heart of the UW-Campus.
The first is X01, an extraordinary student living building located at 1001 University Avenue adjacent to the recently relocated & remodeled St. Francis Episcopal Student Center. Proclaimed the “chromosome of cool in the middle of campus,” X01 is an exciting and modern 8 story structure with 79 units and 2 levels of heated underground parking. The project was developed by a city of Madison developer LZ Ventures and was designed by Knothe & Bruce Architects also of Madison.
The second exciting student living project to open this month is Vantage Point, conveniently located in the west campus area across from Union South, at the entrance to Camp Randall at 1323 Dayton Street. This exceptional 8 story structure offers 6 varying floor plans, 65 total units and 2 levels of underground parking. The project was developed by Stoddard Arms, LLP of Madison and was also designed by Knothe & Bruce Architects.
