St. Norbert College: Student chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management recognized as outstanding

DE PERE,WIS: St. Norbert College was one of only ten student chapters out of more than 450 in the nation given the Outstanding Chapter Award by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) on Saturday, June 15, in Chicago, Il.

Also, for the tenth straight year, St. Norbert College has earned the Superior Merit Award. This 2012-13 award recognizes student chapter achievements and a commitment to providing meaningful programs and services.

Approximately 20 St. Norbert College students are involved in the chapter, which is led by advisor Matthew Stollak, associate professor of business administration at the college.

St. Norbert’s student chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management provides students with a springboard toward future HR careers, offering educational programs, networking opportunities and service to De Pere and surrounding communities.
