DE PERE, WIS.: St. Norbert College will host the 2013 “Tail of the Fox” regatta on Sunday, Oct. 6 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Ray Van Den Heuvel Family Campus Center, weather permitting. This is the 24th anniversary of the regatta at St. Norbert College.
The event is sponsored by the La Baie Verte Rowing Club and St. Norbert College Crew Club. The regatta is free and open to the public.
The “Tail of the Fox” is a head race, covering nearly 2.5 miles of the Fox River. Over 100 boats and over 300 individuals are expected to compete in the event, including the St. Norbert College Crew Club and teams from Milwaukee and northern Michigan.
