Milwaukee-area answering service and call center looks ahead to future growth, promotes three team members to assist in sales, marketing, and quality assurance roles.

Brookfield, Wisconsin – April 1, 2013 – Spectrum Communication Services Inc., an answering service and call center operating around the clock from the greater Milwaukee area, is pleased to announce three staff promotions in an effort to further solidify its future as a leader in quality call center and answering service solutions for an extensive variety of businesses and organizations.

Chrissy Slaske will be assisting client relations manager Candice Luser in the area of sales, while Mike Guzman will be serving as an administrative assistant, working on quality assurance and other projects to assist customer service staff. Aaron Robertson is heading up Spectrum’s online marketing efforts, bringing to the table nearly six years of professional experience in the areas of social media, blogging, search engine optimization, and content writing. All three began with the company as operators.
