Spectrum Communications Receives ATSI’s Award of Excellence for Ninth Straight Year

Milwaukee-area answering service and call center receives prestigious recognition from one of the industry’s most well-known and respected professional organizations.

Brookfield, Wisconsin – June 27, 2013 – Spectrum Communication Services Inc., an award-winning Milwaukee-area answering service and call center, learned recently that it has received the Association of TeleServices International’s (ATSI) Award of Excellence for the ninth year running. The award is given annually to answering service providers who have demonstrated a commitment to superior customer service, among a host of other graded areas. This year’s award could not come at a more exciting time, as the company is just coming off of its celebration of 30 years in the business.

“We were very excited upon hearing the news,” said Aaron S. Robertson, who heads up the firm’s online marketing and PR efforts. “But at the same time, in a way, we were not very surprised. We take customer service very seriously here, and we have excellent trainers on staff to ensure that our operators have the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed,” he added.

Robertson said that credit cannot go to anyone in particular. “It’s all of us working diligently and cohesively in an innovative environment to find solutions – our management team, supervisors and trainers, programmers, clients, friends and supporters, and of course, our operators on the front lines. Everyone played a role in earning this award.”

The award program is in its 17th year, and the 2013 award was presented at ATSI’s recently-held annual convention in Kansas City, MO.
