The award is given out to an individual who is nominated by co-workers and associates, who best exemplified the high standards and tradition initiated by our founder.

* Cheryl has been loyal to the company for many years, putting in a lot of effort to promote the Christmas is for Kids event and fundraisers. Great at recruiting help and getting others to step up and help with the many activities involved each year. A team player in the office and attends weekly sales meetings.
* A dedicated and loyal agent with Shorewest. Always a positive example and contributor in the office. A leader in making Christmas is for Kids happen each year and also serves as a closing agent for Heritage Title. Very giving to family and community.

* Cheryl would be a wonderful recipient of this award because she has always been a strong supporter for Shorewest, a major contributor to making Christmas is for Kids happen, a wonderful closing agent, a great parent and grandparent! Has strong morals and a very positive attitude. Always willing to help any agent in the office, covering the front desk, holding opens and is very knowledgeable about real estate.
* Always gives 110% to others. A consistent volunteer in Christmas is for Kids and other community organizations. Is the primary care provider for a young grandson. A giving, caring and thoughtful person!
* Her work ethics include going out of the way to accommodate customers by traveling to homes for signatures for a closing. Over the years, Cheryl has gone over and above the commitment as an agent, mentor, closer, volunteer and has also been raising a grandchild. Though the plate is full, she will always be the first one to raise a hand to help.
* Incredibly loyal and always exhibits the attitude and actions of above and beyond. Besides selling real estate, she also does closings and pre-signs. She is always very accommodating, often going out of her way to help an elderly seller in a nursing home or shifting her schedule to help a fellow agent. Dedicated to her family she has gone above and beyond to help out family members in crisis or just to help them through tough times. She embodies the qualities outlined for the Raymond A. Marotte Award and I am proud to nominate her.
