The award is given out to an individual who is nominated by co-workers and associates, who best exemplified the high standards and tradition initiated by our founder, John A. Horning. Furthermore the individual works and volunteers within the community.

* What a wonderful addition to our office. She is always willing to go above and beyond to help people out and make things happen.
* Wow! Jerilyn is super organized, never too busy, even when a lot is going on. We needed a last minute pre-sign, was right there, came in on Saturday and got the file ready for seller’s signatures on a Sunday.
* Jerilyn is an immense asset to all of our agents and myself. She knows her stuff, how to handle things under pressure, without batting an eye, all while being very humble. * Jerilyn has a lovely personality and is very easy to work with. She manages to juggle time between being a great mom, and running back and forth from the office to her regular Heritage Title office. She is friendly and always willing to help, contribute and volunteer in any way she can. We all really enjoy having her in our office.
* I don’t know how Jerilyn manages to get her work done with all we put her through. The constant questions and Title searches, not to mention the last minute files we send her way … you would never know she minded a bit. She attends our weekly office meetings with educational insight to help us understand how her job works so that she can better serve us. She is never too busy to take time with us, arrives early and stays late, whatever it takes she makes sure our customers and clients are well take care of. If ever a bump in the road should occur, Jerilyn bounces right in to action and solves the problem without passing blame or creating worry or panic.
