Brookfield, Wisconsin. We’re pleased to announce Alicia Chovan as the new Sales Director of the Shorewest Realtors® Kenosha Office located at 5708 75th St. in Kenosha.
Alicia Chovan has been active in helping people find the right homes since 1995, starting in property management and moving into real estate in 1999. Throughout the past 13 years, she has set very high standards and goals for herself and her career. She is committed to meeting and exceeding them with a solid work ethic and dedication. She is a highly motivated, honest and experienced and loves to work with people, helping them achieve their dreams and goals.
Alicia knows the importance of being well educated to help her agents with every aspect of the real estate transaction. She is a proud member of the Southshore REALTORS® Association, Wisconsin REALTORS® Association and National Association of REALTORS®. She has also taken key real estate classes to ensure she shares the most current knowledge. Her designations include Graduate REALTORS® Institute, Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Shorewest Relocation Specialist and Certified Residential Specialist. She is also a volunteer with the Southshore REALTORS® Association on the New Membership/Orientation Committee and the Professional Standards Committee.
Alicia Chovan was born, raised and is now raising her own family with her husband, Mike, in Kenosha, WI. She is often seen in the community giving back through her volunteer activities, including the annual American Cancer Society Relay for Life event. Her experience and love for the Kenosha area will be instrumental in helping agents market and sell real estate.
