Sendik’s Towne Centre is excited to announce that luxury apartments will be the newest addition to the popular Brookfield shopping center. Phillips Edison & Company, owners of Sendik’s Towne Centre, recently closed on the sale of two outparcels, totaling two acres, to Mandel Group, Inc., the premier residential multi-family developer in greater Milwaukee. Plans for the parcels include approximately 60 apartments with high-end modern amenities.

Construction will begin on both apartment buildings later this year. The smaller building, located at the southwest corner of Thomson Drive and Brookfield Road, is expected to open by the end of 2014 followed by the larger building, located at the northeast corner of Thomson Drive and Richland Parkway.
