Schenck Ranked Among the Top 25 CPA Firms in the Country for Employee Satisfaction
WISCONSIN – Schenck is pleased to announce that Vault, a publisher of career guides and employer rankings, has ranked Schenck 23rd on its Vault Accounting 50, an annual ranking of the best accounting employers to work for in North America.
The 2014 Vault Accounting 50 rankings result from a national survey conducted by an independent rating company and are compiled using a weighted formula that reflects the issues accounting firm professionals care most about, combining quality of life rankings (such as culture, satisfaction, work/life balance and compensation) with overall prestige.
According to the Vault results summary, Schenck ranks among the top 10 accounting firms nationally in the specific categories of hours, work/life balance, compensation, benefits and formal training.
