WISCONSIN – Schenck SC is pleased to announce Debra Pagel has joined the firm as Director of Human Resources Consulting. She will be serving clients firm-wide.
Pagel has more than 25 years of experience working with organizations to evaluate and improve their human resources practices. She will provide strategic human resources advice to clients on issues ranging from recruitment and compensation to organizational development, process improvement and leadership development.
Pagel comes to Schenck from a regional public accounting firm where she led a significant portion of the human resources consulting practice. She is a founding member of the United Way of Marathon County’s Women In Action group, and is actively involved with Junior Achievement.
The addition of human resources consulting services allows Schenck to provide clients with practical information and alternatives to solving their unique people concerns. Core services will include providing human resources audits, part-time human resources assistance, and guidance on compensation systems, employee handbooks, performance management, employee relations, leadership training and recruitment and selection.
