MILWAUKEE – Schenck SC is pleased to announce Corey Vanderpoel, MBA, has joined the firm as Managing Director of Schenck M&A Solutions. He will be providing M&A advisory services to existing clients of Schenck as well as to companies outside of the firm.
Vanderpoel has more than ten years of experience building growth and value through mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and sales. His extensive experience includes preparing companies for sale, creating value prior to a sale, developing sell-side and buy-side strategies and marketing processes, contacting potential targets, executing auction processes and negotiating transaction terms.
Vanderpoel comes to Schenck from a regional accounting and advisory firm where he served as the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions responsible for leading business sales and acquisitions. He started his investment banking career at a boutique investment banking firm where he was a principal.
Vanderpoel is on the board of directors and serves as treasurer for the HOPE Network, a non-profit organization in Milwaukee.
Vanderpoel is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh with a BBA in Finance and MIS. He earned his MBA from Marquette University.
