New Berlin, WI — Riley Construction has been selected by Zilber Property Group to provide construction services for a new 91,734-square-foot speculative industrial building in the Towne Corporate Park of New Berlin off Beloit Road.
This new building was designed by Zimmerman Architectural Studios, Inc. and will be called Towne Industrial New Berlin II. Its desirable location adjacent to I-43 provides access to Beloit, Northern Illinois, Milwaukee and more. Construction has already begun and completion is scheduled for mid-December.
