MILWAUKEE – Jerome M. Janzer, CEO of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart), announces the addition of two new attorneys.
Kyle B. Flanagan is an attorney in Reinhart’s Business Law practice. He is admitted to the bar in Wisconsin; the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Wisconsin. Flanagan advises clients on a variety of business transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting and corporate finance. He also counsels clients regarding intellectual property protection, risk management issues and general business planning. His goal is to find efficient solutions for client issues while keeping business objectives in mind.
Flanagan earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.S.B., summa cum laude, from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Christopher J. Kriva is an attorney in Reinhart’s Health Care practice. He is admitted to the bar in Illinois; the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit. Kriva works with hospital and health services clients in the application of and compliance with the Affordable Care Act, Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Act. Prior to joining Reinhart, Kriva served as Wisconsin Deputy Voter Protection Director of President Barack Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign. Kriva also spent more than two years as a commercial litigation associate with an international law firm, where he gained substantive experience in contract, health care and data privacy matters.
Kriva earned his J.D., cum laude, at the University of Michigan Law School, and M.S. and B.S. from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.
