Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) welcomes shareholder Wendy S. Rusch to the firm’s Trusts and Estates Practice area.
Rusch’s practice focuses on estate planning, family business planning, retirement planning, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and probate and trust administration. She also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in estate and trust disputes, and advises clients on a wide variety of estate, gift and income tax issues.
Rusch’s clients include the owners of family-controlled companies, professionals, individuals, trusts and estates, primarily in the Waukesha, Madison and Milwaukee areas. Rusch is a frequent speaker and writer on estate planning topics, a member of the Waukesha County Estate Planning Council and serves on the Milwaukee Estate Planning Forum Board of Directors.
Rusch earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School and her B.S., with honors, from Cornell University.
