MILWAUKEE, Wis. (July 31, 2013) — The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Mark A. Kircher, a partner with the firm’s Product Liability, Toxic Tort and Personal Injury Litigation Practice, has been inducted as a Fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL).
Fellowship in the IATL involves a nomination followed by an extensive vetting process with opposing counsel and judges before whom nominees have practiced. Membership is limited to 500 active members in the United States; in addition, the academy has over 100 Fellows from more than 30 foreign countries.
Mark Kircher practices in the area of product liability defense. He has represented products clients as national or regional trial counsel in state and federal courts in 45 states, and has tried products liability cases to verdict in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. Through his practice, he has gained practical experience in the fields of ergonomics, machine design, metallurgy, biomechanics, and static and dynamic accident reconstruction. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® (2003-present: Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants) and is Martindale-Hubbell AV® Peer Review Rated. He received his law degree from Marquette University Law School (J.D., summa cum laude, 1985) and his undergraduate degree from Marquette University (B.S., cum laude, 1982).
