– Degner remains as Director of Marketing in Milwaukee and Neenah –
Milwaukee, Wis. – January 3, 2013 – Dan Druml, owner and president of Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of Southeast Wisconsin has named Allan Degner as general manager of the company’s office in Fox Valley. Degner will maintain his responsibilities as director of marketing for the Milwaukee and Fox Valley franchise office locations. Degner is a long-time Paul Davis staff member and has served as a marketing representative and trainer. He also held the position of marketing manager for the former owners of the Paul Davis office in the Fox Valley and Central Wisconsin area. Degner has been employed with Paul Davis since 2007 and started his work at the Milwaukee office in 2009.
In his new position as general manager, Degner will be responsible for overseeing staff in emergency services for residential and commercial properties, project management, estimating, contents cleaning, and operations, including disaster restoration and remodeling. According to Degner, from flooding to ice dams, fires and frozen pipes,
he will also oversee the company’s 24-hour emergency services division which restores structures during many of the area’s most devastating events. The Paul Davis office in Fox Valley is located at 1320 Gillingham Road in Neenah.
As marketing director for both offices, Degner is responsible for all efforts to support customer relations and exceptional service along with creating awareness among insurance agents, commercial and residential property owners, management companies and facility managers. He will also maintain responsibility for overseeing the company’s creative efforts, promotional campaigns, events, and training programs.
Additionally, Degner will direct the marketing and publicity efforts for Paul Davis’ extensive philanthropic and community service initiatives. He is also responsible for entering the offices in numerous National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and other industry competitions for residential and commercial projects. He has garnered a wide variety of top prizes for Paul Davis.
Formerly, Degner served as Development and Marketing Director at Oshkosh Area Humane Society and as Executive Assistant and Human Resources Administrator for CitizensFirst Credit Union in Oshkosh. He holds an arts and science degree with an emphasis in organizational and business administration from the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh. Degner is certified in Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT) from The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Degner is a native of Wisconsin and resides in Oshkosh.
