Milwaukee, Wis. – September 24, 2013 – Dan Druml, owner and president of Paul Davis Restoration &
Remodeling of Southeast Wisconsin has hired Thomas Lukes as general manager of the company’s office
in Fox Valley. In his new position, Lukes will be responsible for overseeing staff in emergency
services for residential and commercial properties, project management, estimating, contents
cleaning, and operations, including disaster restoration and remodeling. From flooding to ice dams,
fires and frozen pipes, Lukes will also oversee the company’s 24-hour emergency services division
which restores structures during devastating events. The Paul Davis office in Fox Valley is located
at 1320 Gillingham Road in Neenah.
For more than six years, Lukes was a recruiter, mentor and franchise owner of a College Pro office
serving customers in Wisconsin. During this time, he received honors and awards for top production
with the company. College Pro serves as North America’s student painting company and provides
college students with an opportunity to pay for schooling and secure post-graduation careers through
employment and training. Lukes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Philosophy from
the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh. He resides in Neenah.
Formerly, Allan Degner served as general manager for the Fox Valley office. He will maintain his
responsibilities as Director of Marketing for Paul Davis in Milwaukee and Fox Valley to support
customer relations and create awareness among insurance agents, commercial and residential property
owners, management companies and facility managers. He will also maintain responsibility for
overseeing the company’s creative efforts, promotional campaigns, events, and training programs.
