Milwaukee, Wis. – April 19, 2013 – Paul Davis National, large loss specialists and part of the Paul Davis Restoration franchise network, has named Byron Sherrod to head the company’s construction consulting division. Sherrod will be responsible for overseeing the development and growth in construction for residential, commercial and industrial industries. He and his team will also be responsible for property investigation, and assessing and reporting interior and exterior building failures resulting from catastrophic occurrences.
For more than 40 years, Sherrod has vast experience in roofing, waterproofing and the building trades. He has also provided professional expertise to architects, attorneys, contractors, educational institutions, engineers, insurance companies, manufacturers, and property owners in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Sherrod specializes in providing detailed building envelope surveys and investigations, infrared surveys, and wind, hail, hurricane and fire investigations. He specializes in insurance appraisals, financial analysis, and design. He has also provided full and part time structural inspection services, legal investigations, and expert testimony. Sherrod served in the United States Air Force and graduated with certifications in a wide variety of medical sciences while serving in the military. He resides in Tomball, Tx.
