Milwaukee (October 10, 2013) – Patina Solutions, the fast-growing firm that provides proven, accomplished professionals with 25+ years of experience to help companies improve results and execute key projects, has promoted Debbie Seeger to Senior Vice President.
“Debbie has done a great job since we co-founded Patina Solutions in late 2008,” said Mike Harris, CEO of Patina Solutions. “She has managed several of our offices and has been instrumental in helping us to achieve our strong growth and results to date.”
In this expanded role as Senior Vice President, Seeger will continue to manage Patina Solutions’ Milwaukee and Madison offices. To best serve the company’s growing national and global client base, Seeger will lead the firm-wide recruiting and sourcing operation and expand its training and knowledge sharing platforms. She also sits on the firm’s Executive Committee, which develops growth and operational strategies.

Seeger is a co-founder of Patina Solutions along with Harris and Patrick O’Brien, Patina Solutions’ Chairman. Before joining Patina Solutions, Seeger was in business development leadership roles at Jefferson Wells (now part of Experis) and in various regional leadership roles for Manpower.
“Deb has a real passion for how Patina Solutions helps clients to accelerate their results and manage key projects and initiatives,” said O’Brien. ”She really understands how to build strong client relationships and is a leading voice on the changing and evolving demographics and their impact on the workforce.”
Seeger earned her undergraduate degree in marketing from UW – Milwaukee. She currently serves on the Board of the Milwaukee Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce Council of Small Business Executives.
