Brookfield (October 11, 2013) – Patina Solutions, the provider of executives and managers with a minimum of 25 years of experience to help clients execute initiatives, solve problems, realize opportunities and develop leaders, has appointed Susan Gallagher as its Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Gallagher is responsible for leading the expanding office network and practice organization for Patina Solutions, a firm recently named to the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing private companies in America.

“We are excited to add Susan to our executive leadership team,” said Mike Harris, CEO of Patina Solutions. “When a firm is growing like ours is, having a strong and proven executive to manage that growth and deliver consistent results is critical.” Harris, the founder and former CEO of Jefferson Wells, co-founded Patina Solutions in late 2008.

“I am pleased to join Patina Solutions. This is a firm with a great business model for today’s human resources demands. It is exciting to be part of an organization that is responding to the changing demographics and the changing trends in how important work is getting done,” said Gallagher.
