Greg Voeller brings 25 years of experience to lead company’s national Communication Effectiveness practice
MILWAUKEE – Patina Solutions, a firm that provides proven, accomplished professionals with 25+ years of experience for key projects and engagements, has appointed Greg Voeller as National Practice Director for its newly formed Communication Effectiveness practice.
In this role, Voeller will be responsible for growing Patina’s service offerings for client projects and engagements that require effective communication planning, coaching and support. In addition, he will assist in building the company’s Portfolio of Talent of accomplished communication professionals.

In his staff leadership roles, Voeller has directed global internal communication programs for industry-leading companies, including Johnson Controls, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Rockwell Automation and Schneider National. As a consultant, he has successfully managed communication for clients across a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, food and beverage, industrial supply, manufacturing and petrochemical.
Voeller has extensive background in advising and supporting CEOs and senior executives on their communication requirements. He has created and facilitated a number of communication development coaching and workshop sessions for senior, emerging and front-line leaders. His experience includes leading or providing key communication contributions to programs in areas such as continuous improvement, compliance, crisis management, employee engagement, employee relations, health and wellness, internal/integrated branding, mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructurings, strategic initiatives and system launches.

Voeller received his master’s degree in communication – with a leadership communication emphasis – from Northwestern University and his undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
