OPUS DESIGN BUILD, L.L.C. ANNOUNCES PROMOTION OF ANNIKA SCHULLER-RACH, CHRIS CROMOS

Schuller-Rach, Cromos named Milwaukee project managers

MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee office of Opus Design Build, L.L.C. announced today that Annika Schuller-Rach and Chris Cromos have been promoted to project managers. In their new roles, Schuller-Rach and Cromos will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from schematic design, budgeting, scheduling and contracts through project completion for the Milwaukee office.

“Annika and Chris bring unique and valuable expertise into our industry as well as a great level of dedication,” said Matt Bratzke, director of project management for Opus Design Build, L.L.C. “Annika and Chris have developed lasting relationships with their clients and have delivered on numerous successful projects. These promotions are well deserved.”

Schuller-Rach joined Opus’ Milwaukee office in 2008 after working for a former Opus company in Phoenix. She has since been involved on several notable projects, including Marquette University’s Engineering Hall, Marquette University Law School, RFP Commercial and recently completed a warehouse expansion for Weyco Group, Inc.

In addition to her management responsibilities, Schuller-Rach is co-chair of the Wisconsin Green Building Alliance (WGBA) and serves as a committee member of the AGC Construction Leadership Council. Schuller-Rach graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and also earned her Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Marquette University.

Cromos has been engaged in design-build project management with Opus since 2006. Cromos has been involved in a variety of accomplished projects, including the Shoppes at Fox River, the Patrick Cudahy, Inc. food storage facility, Freightquote in Kansas City, Yaskawa America, Inc. and Northwestern Mutual’s Franklin Campus.

Cromos graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
