Navitus Health Solutions Achieves Top Overall Score in PBMI Customer Satisfaction Survey for Second Consecutive Year

MADISON, Wis., June 25, 2013–Navitus Health Solutions, LLC announced today that it has received the top rating for overall customer satisfaction for small pharmacy benefit managers that serve less than 20 million members, according to a survey conducted by the Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute (PBMI).

Navitus received a top satisfaction score of 10 by 85% of its customers, compared with 6%-55% for other PBMs in the same size group. Navitus also received the highest overall score in the majority of service dimension categories, scoring 9.4 on a 10-point scale in both overall satisfaction and likelihood to be recommended by customers. Categories included delivering promised savings, delivering promised services, effective use of technology, effective tools to manage drug benefit costs, and innovative programs and services.

The annual survey included responses from 396 U.S. plan sponsors, representing more than 43.2 million members. The PBMI annual customer satisfaction survey, which has been conducted for more than 15 years, evaluates the quality of services of PBMs as a group and includes individual PBM profiles.
