Madison, WI – Attorney Mark Maciolek has joined Murphy Desmond S.C. in the firm’s Litigation, Criminal Defense and Bankruptcy practice groups.
Maciolek’s practice has focused significantly on defense of individuals accused of crimes in federal and state courts. His federal experience includes assisting clients charged with complex commercial crimes, federal conspiracy crimes, immigration crime, RICO, white collar crimes, federal firearms crimes, and many other areas. He handles state criminal and related areas such as ordinance violations and juvenile defense. Maciolek is also a civil litigator with jury trial experience in state and federal courts. He practices in both trial courts and courts of appeals. His bankruptcy practice includes representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies and bankruptcy litigation.
Prior to joining Murphy Desmond, Maciolek was a solo practitioner in Madison. He earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2005, and his bachelor’s degree from UW-Madison.
