Milwaukee, WI (September 4, 2013) – The law firm of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is pleased to announce Anthony C. Marino has joined the firm’s Transactional Practice Group in the Milwaukee office, effective September 3, 2013.
Alec Fraser, Banking and Financial Services Partner, commented, “Tony’s broad experience as derivatives counsel to hedge funds and other end-users of derivatives will significantly expand Michael Best’s depth in our derivatives practice. Tony also brings significant commercial lending experience to an already robust practice. Prior to joining Michael Best, Marino served as Associate General Counsel at Stark Investments.
Marino received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1990, and earned his J.D., Order of the Coif, in 1997 from the University of Texas School of Law.
