Madison, WI (September 9, 2013) – The law firm of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is pleased to announce Daniel Gawronski has joined the firm’s Transactional Practice Group in the Madison office, effective September 9, 2013, focusing his efforts within the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice areas. Six other Transactional attorneys have joined the firm in the past couple of months, with an additional member joining in October.

Prior to joining Michael Best, Gawronski was an Undergraduate Legal Intern for a Wisconsin State Public Defender in 2009. From there, he worked as a Law Clerk for Gatzke & Ruppelt, S.C. until August of 2011. He went on to join the Northern Illinois University College of Law as a Research Assistant to Professor Christopher T. Hines where he conducted legal research of the Securities Exchange Act, the Dodd-Frank Act, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and pertinent cases. In 2012, as a student at the University of Wisconsin Law School, Gawronski joined Jockey International, Inc. as a Legal Intern and most recently was a Legal Intern for ABC for Health, Inc.

Gawronski received his B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire in 2009, and earned his J.D. in 2013, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
