MICHAEL BEST ATTORNEY TO SPEAK AT NATIONAL COAL INDUSTRY CONFERENCE
Madison, WI (August 16, 2013) – Michael Best & Friedrich LLP (Michael Best) Partner, Todd E. Palmer, will speak at this year’s COAL-GEN conference on, “Regulatory Uncertainties: Looking at Pending and Recently Enacted EPA Rules,” on August 16, 2013 in Charlotte, NC. The panel will discuss the recent appointment of the new EPA director, as well as ways coal-fired energy facilities and companies can deal with the current, new and multiple pending rules focused on reducing emissions.
Palmer is a member of Michael Best’s Energy and Sustainability Industry Team and leads the sub-group on Clean Air Act matters affecting clients, such as repowering industrial facilities. His clients benefit from his unique experience as both an attorney and technical consultant.
