ManpowerGroup: Solutions TAPFIN leads among managed service providers according to latest Everest Group report

TAPFIN Emerges as Global Leader in Spend, Market Share

MILWAUKEE, Oct. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — ManpowerGroup Solutions’ Managed Service Provider (MSP), TAPFIN, was recognized as the largest global MSP in terms of managed spend and global market share in Everest Group’s recent report, MSP — Mastering the Winds of Change.

“In an economic climate where the only certainty is uncertainty, workforce strategies are increasingly incorporating global contingent workforce solutions because they offer the flexibility to react quickly to changing market conditions,” said Kip Wright, ManpowerGroup Solutions Senior Vice President and TAPFIN General Manager. “Our clients choose TAPFIN to manage their contingent workforce programs because in addition to our unmatched global footprint, we optimize programs with cost management, standardized processes and performance tracking. This reduces the complexity of an MSP by offering predictability and visibility globally across the entire program.”

According to Everest Group’s report, TAPFIN leads the industry with $7.6 billion in managed spend, one-third more than its closest competitors included in the report. In addition, TAPFIN is the clear front runner in global market share, owning 38 percent of global deals, a 10 percent lead over the closest competitor.

TAPFIN has earned accolades in other industry reports recently. Last month, TAPFIN was named a top performer by staffing suppliers in a customer loyalty survey conducted by Staffing Industry Analysts, the leading industry advisory firm. The results were published in the 2013 Vendor Management System and Managed Service Provider Customer Experience Report. In June, Staffing Industry Analysts named TAPFIN the largest global temporary/contract managed service provider and the leader among both hybrid MSPs and temporary/contract vendor-neutral MSPs. The rankings were published in Staffing Industry Analysts’ Vendor Management System and Managed Service Provider Supplier Competitive Landscape Report
