Madison International Trade Association: September event – Developing and implementing an international growth strategy

Madison, WI, October 25, 2013 – The Madison International Trade Association (MITA) is hosting their annual full-day event on November 12th that will include information for both beginning exporters and firms that have done business internationally but are seeking to expand further.

Confirmed speakers include:

* Scott Aughenbaugh, Fellow, Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS)

* Roger Bensinger, Executive VP, Business Development of Air/Q, a division of Prolitec, Inc. (Winner of the 2013 Governor’s Export Achievement Award)

* Shawn Guse, President and CEO of Intuitive Biosciences

* Chris Gutman, Managing Director of Red Arrow

* Lora Klenke, VP of International Business Development at the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC)

* Curtis Knox, VP Marketing & Sales at Lucigen Corp.

* Valerie Kozikowski, COO of PRA Global Business Development

* Porter Martin, Attorney with Michael Best & Friedrich LLP

The event takes place at the Madison Marriott West (1313 John Q Hammons Drive). Registration starts at 8:30 a.m.; the first speaker will take the podium at 9:00 a.m. and the event adjourns at 3:30 p.m. There is a luncheon speaker session-only option.

This event brings together talent from across the country to present valuable information that will benefit companies of all sizes.”

Registration deadline is Friday, November 8th and can be made at http://www.mitatrade.org. The cost for the Full-Day program is $125 for MITA members, $150 for non-members. The Luncheon Speaker Session-only option is $25 for MITA members, $60 for non-members.
