Madison Children’s Museum’s 5th annual Kids Rock! at the High Noon Saloon feature pint-sized karaoke, live performances from area children’s groups.

MADISON, Wis. ― Kids can step out and unleash their inner rock star at Madison Children’s Museum’s fifth annual Kids Rock! fundraiser event Saturday, February 2, 2-4 p.m. , at the High Noon Saloon, 701 E. Washington Avenue.

Children of all ages will have a blast rocking out to performances by the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County and the Girls Rock Camp Madison. They can even take the stage themselves with kiddy-oke—karaoke for kids backed by live music from The Gomers. In between musical acts, MCM will offer crafts, face painting, treats, and other activities. The event is the perfect way to relieve cabin fever. Doors open at 1:30 p.m.

Kids Rock! is $8 each for general admission, $6 for Madison Children’s Museum members and $3 for MCM Access for Everyone members. Tickets are on sale now at Visit http://mcm.schoolauction.net/kidsrock2013 and can be purchased at the door.

The museum will remain open on February 2 during its usual hours from 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
